Artist / I / We - Chibigraphy
Client / You - party who requested for commission

🌱 Artist reserves the rights over the final artwork - which means we can post them on our social media channels and include in portfolio.
🌱 Artist may print finished artwork and use for promotional purposes only.
🌱 Artist must not sell image or any prints of the artwork to other parties aside from client.
🌱 Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request without justification.
🌱 Client have the right to use final digital image for PERSONAL USE only.
🌱 Artist cannot work with tight deadlines. We work at our own pace to prioritize own personal time and mental health.
🌱 Client must not remove watermark. Client may request to have watermark moved to a different location.
🌱 Client must not claim artwork as your own.
🌱 Client must not use the finished artwork to profit or sell.
🌱 Artist draw mainly girls which means male characters may not look that good as the female.

Payment and Fees

🌱 BPI / GCash / Paypal / Ko-fi / Boozt
🌱 50% downpayment must be given before I start working
🌱 The remaining balance must be given before I give the final output
🌱 In case of very complicated character design, price may raise by 10-20%.
🌱 Possible refund will be given only under any of the following conditions:
- If client decides to cancel before artist starts working on the request.
- If artist cannot finish the artwork for any reason.

Process / Stages

Brainstorm

🌱 Client shall provide requirements or idea of the artwork. This may include reference photos, color scheme, pose, and other important details.
🌱 Artist shall confirm with client if requested artwork is feasible.

Sketch

🌱 Artist shall provide sketch.
🌱Client may request for major revisions such as change of pose, details, etc. but should not deviate from original requirements.
🌱 Client is allowed to change up to three (3) revisions.
🌱 Client must approve of sketch to proceed to next stage.

Base Artwork

🌱 Artist shall provide a sneak peek of the artwork with base colors.
🌱 Client may request for minor revisions only such as colors.
🌱 Revisions on pose, and other details which were already approved in the sketch are no longer allowed.
🌱 Client must approve of base artwork to proceed to next stage.

Rendered Artwork

🌱 Artist shall provide finished artwork.
🌱 Client may request for minor details to be added such as sparkles or stars.
🌱 No other revisions will be made at this point.

What Artist Cannot Draw

❌ furies or animals in general
❌ mecha / vehicles / machines
❌ landscapes / buildings
❌ imitation of another artist's artwork or art style
❌ people with complicated tattoo designs
❌ offensive / sensitive characters including but not limited to the following:
- overly sexualized / hentai
- religious / political figures
